- The privacy policy applies to the processing and protection of Users' personal data in connection with the use of the website www.expoglass.pl, hereinafter referred to as the "website".
- The Website's privacy policy is of an informative nature, which means that it does not constitute a source of obligations for the Website's Service Recipients or Customers.
- Personal data on the website are processed by the Administrator in accordance with applicable law, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) - hereinafter referred to as "GDPR". - To ensure the security of the data entrusted to us, internal procedures and recommendations have been developed to prevent data from being made available to unauthorized persons. The Administrator controls their implementation and constantly checks their compliance with the relevant legal acts regarding the protection of personal data and the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
- Personal Data are processed on the basis of the consent expressed by the User and in cases where legal provisions authorize the Administrator to process personal data on the basis of legal provisions.
- The Administrator informs that the website may include links enabling its Users to directly access other websites.
- Words used with capital letters have the meaning given to them in the regulations of the Website.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- The Administrator informs that when Users browse the content of the website, information regarding the use of the website by Users and their IP addresses is automatically collected based on the analysis of access logs, e.g. browser type, operating system type, date and time of visit, content.
- Browsing the website does not require the User to provide any personal data.
- The website uses a transmission protocol, i.e. the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol is installed, which ensures the security of data transmission on the Internet. It ensures in particular the confidentiality and integrity of data transmission as well
- The Administrator informs that the data collected on its website are processed in accordance with the law and with respect for the principles of reliability and transparency, are collected to the minimum extent necessary for the specified purposes and processed in accordance with them, and are not subject to further processing inconsistent with these purposes. . The data collected is adequate to the purpose.
- The Administrator carefully selects and applies appropriate technical measures, including programming and organizational measures, to ensure the protection of processed data. In particular, it protects data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, disclosure, loss and destruction, unauthorized modification, as well as against their processing in violation of applicable law.
- The Administrator informs that additionally, data is processed:
- in order to provide browsing services on the Website, the following data is processed: personal data regarding activity on the Website, i.e. data regarding the session of the device, operating system, browser, location and unique ID, IP address; The data is stored for the period necessary to perform, terminate or otherwise expire the concluded contract,
- in order to keep statistics on the use of individual functionalities available on the Website, facilitate the use of the Website and ensure the IT security of the Website, personal data regarding activity on the Website and the amount of time spent on each subpage, location, IP address, device ID are processed, data regarding the web browser and operating system.
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA:
- In order to ensure the proper functioning of the Website, the Administrator uses the services of external entities. Entrusting data to external entities that cooperate with the Administrator is possible only on the basis of appropriate personal data entrustment agreements concluded between the Administrator and the processing entity.
- The Administrator informs that it only uses the services of processing entities that provide sufficient guarantees of implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures so that the processing meets the requirements of the GDPR and protects the rights of data subjects.

- The administrator will notify about changes in the content of the privacy policy, which may be related to the extension of functionality on the website, with an appropriate message.
