  • The Website's privacy policy is of an informative nature, which means that it does not constitute a source of obligations for the Website's Service Recipients or Customers.

  • To ensure the security of the data entrusted to us, internal procedures and recommendations have been developed to prevent data from being made available to unauthorized persons. The Administrator controls their implementation and constantly checks their compliance with the relevant legal acts regarding the protection of personal data and the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
  • Personal Data are processed on the basis of the consent expressed by the User and in cases where legal provisions authorize the Administrator to process personal data on the basis of legal provisions.
  • The Administrator informs that the website may include links enabling its Users to directly access other websites.

  • The Administrator carefully selects and applies appropriate technical measures, including programming and organizational measures, to ensure the protection of processed data. In particular, it protects data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, disclosure, loss and destruction, unauthorized modification, as well as against their processing in violation of applicable law.
  • The Administrator informs that additionally, data is processed:

- in order to provide browsing services on the Website, the following data is processed: personal data regarding activity on the Website, i.e. data regarding the session of the device, operating system, browser, location and unique ID, IP address; The data is stored for the period necessary to perform, terminate or otherwise expire the concluded contract,

- in order to keep statistics on the use of individual functionalities available on the Website, facilitate the use of the Website and ensure the IT security of the Website, personal data regarding activity on the Website and the amount of time spent on each subpage, location, IP address, device ID are processed, data regarding the web browser and operating system.

 

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA:

 

  • In order to ensure the proper functioning of the Website, the Administrator uses the services of external entities. Entrusting data to external entities that cooperate with the Administrator is possible only on the basis of appropriate personal data entrustment agreements concluded between the Administrator and the processing entity.
